The following fee schedule is effective as of July 1, 2002:

Fee $250 |
|
The annual fee includes the following:
- Monitoring for notices of claimed copyright infringement
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Maintaining that portion of your website containing the
Act’s required information, as necessary
- Notifying you, within the response times required under
our Agreement, if eCopyrightAgent.com receives a notice
of claimed copyright infringement with respect to your website

| Setup
Fee $175 |
|
The setup fee includes the following:
- Establishing your account with eCopyrightAgent.com
- Preparation and filing the necessary papers with the U.S.
Register of Copyrights
- The filing fee required by the U.S. Register of Copyrights
- Providing the material required by the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act for inclusion on your website

| Cancellation
Fee $75 |
| Please note that you may avoid a cancellation
fee by filing with the U.S. Register of Copyrights, within 30
days of cancellation, the necessary documents to remove eCopyrightAgent.com
as your Designated Agent. |
eCopyrightAgent.com reserves the right to adjust its fees upon
60 days' notice.
